We are proud to have an honest, hardworking team that strives for excellence in each project they work on. Our team of professionals have worked on various projects including the restoration of multiple Walla Walla historical buildings.

We work closely with our clients to understand what their goals are. Our goal is to complete each project on time and within the set budget.

Jeff Moeller – Owner

Jeff grew up with a family of builders in the Walla Walla Valley. From his Uncle being a Large Commercial Builder to his Dad being a Prominent House & Light Commercial Builder — he learned from the best.

When his Dad retired, Jeff built his business up to what it is today. Diversification has given Jeff and his Company a wide and strong level of knowledge and expertise after working in the industry for more than 30 years.

Jeff and his wife enjoy time with their grandkids and also going to any beach where he can surf.

Eamon Smith – Project Manager

I began my construction career in 1998 as an Apprentice Framer with Horse Heaven Construction in the Tri-Cities. Over the next 12 years, I advanced into project management, overseeing the construction of 120 homes in West Richland's Desert Paradise subdivision. In 2010, I moved to Portland and served as Chief Engineer for Hyatt Place PDX before returning to the Tri-Cities in 2012 as Chief Engineer for Red Lion Hotels.
While at Red Lion, I launched Kstar Home and Renovation Services, reconnecting with my passion for construction. In 2018, I partnered with Chris Goddard to form PGS Construction Group, where we built lasting client relationships and completed numerous successful projects. In 2022, we joined forces with Jeff Moeller, and I've since focused on building custom homes in Walla Walla. The most rewarding part of my work is helping turn clients' dreams into reality.





2 Permitting

We help guide you to getting all the necessary permitting for your project.

3 Planning & Construction

We focus our attention on project management and planning, working closely with the best local subcontractors around to build your project.

4 Final Touches

We make your project beautiful down to the last details, inside and out.
